Capacity Development, Executive Leadership & Process Improvement A 2-day Professional and all-inclusive Seminar

About The Seminar
As leaders, we are responsible for creating environments in which our colleagues are nurtured and energized, our organizations innovate and flourish, and our communities are respected and supported. It is a complex assignment in a world and global economy that measures time in Internet seconds.  Our minds can become distracted by the urgent at the expense of the important and we can become so preoccupied with yesterday and tomorrow that we are no longer able to excel at leading in the present.

Effective and respected leaders have a clear starting point – they know the performance and behaviours essential to achieve their vision. They also have the qualities that inspire their people and the behaviours that engage them in pursuit of that vision. Whether you lead a temporary project team, a mix of contractors or a permanent group of staff, understanding and tailoring these principles to your own situation will enhance your leadership credibility and improve the performance of your people.

This seminar will help you develop the qualities of good leadership that are essential for career and organizational success, especially in a tough economic climate. Improve your performance by increasing your effective leadership skills and be ready to meet the difficult challenges of today’s economy and business world. This seminar provides numerous avenues for enhancing the qualities of good leadership in you and in your team and will help you fulfill your potential through effective leadership skills training in areas like: team building, strategic planning, decision making and more. The seminar will teach valuable insights, proven to work in a “real world” environment.
